How I Work.
Jakub Galczynski can propose design based on an informed process and over two decades of research. Jakub focuses on an overarching design concept, community identity, and environmentally sensitive approach. Jakub has also supported more client-led design projects with the approach of ‘everybody knows something you don’t.’
Everything you see has a double meaning: first, its objective or outward meaning ; second, its subjective or inner meaning of significance. Significance stands for which we seek.

Where I Work.
Jakub works from home as an Independent, covering all aspects of the practice. An office makes little sense for clientele, as Jakub’s market serves various mountain communities of Idaho. Jakub lives in Ketchum, Idaho which allows him to focus uninterrupted. Project meetings are primarily on-site, remote, or at the local coffee roaster.

Service provides access to professional Design & Drafting Services without commitment. This service can be used for small-scale projects or to gauge compatibility with the first phase of design.
> Full Service
Full Service is a long-term commitment to developing a project with design iterations to align with aesthetic, programmatic, and budget goals. This can be setup as a Project Fee % or Hourly. This truly depends on the Owner’s needs. If there are countless iterations, it makes more financial sense to have a Project Fee %. The Hourly Fee in full service reflects the project scale and timeline. There is an economy of scale. An in-person meeting is required. Examples of Construction Documents will be provided. :
> Independent Contractor

Working remotely is an exceedingly competitive way to run a business. Accountability is based on communication, schedule, and quality of work. Please contact to be notified of availability.
