Project :
Throughout the United States, scientists estimate that bats are worth more than $3.7 billion a year in reduced crop damage and pesticide use. Bats are primary predators of night-flying insects.
Project required researching bat roosting habitat, to design and develop ‘bat condo’ housing . An existing cabin used for migrating bats has become a human liability and most get torn down. In an effort to preserve this habitat a bat migration condo has been designed with input from Bat Conservation International.
